Citrus Walk is a new home community to be constructed in the heart of Downtown Covina by The Olson Company. In attendance will be Honorable Mayor Peggy Delach, Honorable Mayor Pro Tem John King, Honorable Council Member Walter Allen III, Honorable Council Member Kevin Stapleton, Honorable Council Member Bob Low, and Daryl Parrish, City Manager. Also attending are Covina City Staff Members Robert Neiuber, Deputy Executive Director, Covina Redevelopment Agency, and Lisa Brancheau, Redevelopment Manager, Covina Redevelopment Agency. Elected Officials will be present for the golden shovel ceremony include Senator Edward Hernandez and Assemblyman Roger Hernandez.
Steve Olson, Chairman/CEO of The Olson Company will be presenting awards to the Covina Redevelopment Agency. Eric E. Everhart, Vice President of Development at The Olson Company praises the Covina Redevelopment agency in bringing the project to the historic downtown said “Citrus Walk incorporates inspired architecture and innovative design to capture the history, passion, and heart of the wonderful City of Covina. Without the inspired leadership of Covina’s City Council, Planning Commission and dedicated City Staff, this new development would have never been possible.
